National Park Village is 4 hours from Auckland traveling on to state highway 1 to Hamilton, State highway 3 to 8 mile junction just past Te Kuiti, then follow the signs to National Park on state highway 4.
On route you can stop at the Kiwi House in Otorohanga or the Waitomo caves.
National Park Village is a 2.5 hour drive from Rotorua; take state highway 5 to Taupo and state highway 1 to Turangi then across state highway 47 to state highway 4. National Park Village is on the Intersection of State highway 4 and 47.
View the Wairakai thermal rerserve or a walk along Huka Falls or the Craters of the Moon in Taupo.
